Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, as our U.S.-based partners prepare your items for dropshipping. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may take longer, as noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship throughout the United States and select international destinations. For U.S. orders:

  • Pooch Patriot items: $9.00 flat rate.
  • U.S. supplier items: rates set by our partners and are calculated at checkout and shipped directly for quality and speed.
  • Orders over $99: Free shipping on all items (Pooch Patriot and suppliers). Multiple packages may arrive due to separate fulfillments.
  • Dog beds ship separately due to size. Shipping is calculated at checkout; your bed purchase unlocks free standard shipping for the rest of your order.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, chosen method, and order weight. Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): Typically 10 to 14 business days after purchase.

These are estimates only—carrier delays, weather events, and customs inspections are outside our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes outside the U.S., APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations due to carrier limitations.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order leaves our partners’ facilities, carrier delays or losses are beyond our control. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly first. We are happy to help initiate a trace, but Pooch Patriot Co. is not responsible for packages after delivery is confirmed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Orders returned to our partners due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
